Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, and distribution logistics
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Analyze supply chain data to identify optimization opportunities and cost reduction strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with logistics partners and service providers
- Monitor inventory levels and implement stock rotation procedures to prevent shortages
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with project teams to align supply chain activities with operational goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and supply chain software
- Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural and remote team environments
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
