Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatching.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely acquisition of materials and supplies.
- Optimize distribution and fulfillment processes to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze supply chain performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for all supply chain activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using inventory management software/ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in warehouse management.
