Join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Operations Officer and become the backbone of our efficient logistics network. You will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain optimization, ensuring seamless inventory management, strategic warehouse oversight, and streamlined distribution processes. This role requires a proactive professional to drive procurement excellence, enhance fulfillment accuracy, and implement continuous improvement initiatives that reduce costs while maintaining service excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and leverage data analytics to forecast demand patterns. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to deliver products reliably to customers across Indonesia while maintaining cost efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inventory levels and stock rotation to optimize warehouse capacity
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch
- Coordinate distribution logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Handle procurement processes for raw materials and operational supplies
- Monitor order fulfillment to maintain 99%+ accuracy rates
- Analyze supply chain KPIs and implement performance improvements
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain operations or logistics
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (ERP/WMS)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Supply Chain (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
