Indofood is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Planner to join our dynamic Export Division. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our international logistics operations, ensuring that our supply chain processes are seamless, efficient, and data-driven. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align production schedules with export demands, optimize inventory levels, and maintain the highest standards of data integrity.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain plans for the Export Division to meet international sales targets.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across multiple warehouses to prevent stockouts and minimize carrying costs.
- Utilize SAP and other ERP platforms to track production progress and logistics milestones.
- Analyze supply chain performance data to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain high levels of data accuracy in reporting systems for stakeholders and management.
- Prepare weekly and monthly analytical reports regarding supply chain efficiency and export forecasts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in SAP (or similar ERP systems) is mandatory.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data modeling.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
