You will be responsible for balancing supply and demand, optimizing inventory levels, and driving efficiency across our logistics network. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand and supply planning strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstock scenarios while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory performance, delivery timelines, and logistics costs for management review.
- Oversee supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure consistent quality and lead-time adherence.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality control regulations throughout the supply chain process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory control, or logistics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Deep understanding of local logistics and distribution dynamics in East Java is a significant advantage.
