Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations to ensure seamless throughput.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stock-outs or overstock scenarios.
- Identify cost-optimization opportunities within the supply chain and logistics workflow.
- Analyze logistics data and prepare performance reports for management.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and operational policies within the warehouse.
- Coordinate with transportation partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain software and inventory management systems (WMS/ERP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and cost reduction.
