Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle for natural raw materials and essential oils.
- Identify, qualify, and manage relationships with local suppliers and vendors.
- Analyze market trends to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Coordinate closely with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and implement process improvements.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all supply chain activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in supply chain, procurement, or logistics within the manufacturing or FMCG sector.
- Familiarity with the essential oils or natural raw materials industry is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex logistical problems.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; working knowledge of local regulations is a plus.
