As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in optimizing our end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure maximum efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement, inventory management, and logistics. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate daily supply chain operations to ensure optimal inventory levels and smooth production flow.
  • Monitor and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and cost-efficiency.
  • Analyze supply chain performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement effective optimization strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports regarding inventory, shipments, and logistics costs.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to synchronize material availability with production schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations in all logistics processes.
  • Assist in the procurement process by evaluating supplier quotes and maintaining supplier performance trackers.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or relevant ERP/Supply Chain software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and external vendors.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
  • Ability to reside in or commute to Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
