Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily supply chain operations to ensure optimal inventory levels and smooth production flow.
- Monitor and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and cost-efficiency.
- Analyze supply chain performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement effective optimization strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports regarding inventory, shipments, and logistics costs.
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to synchronize material availability with production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations in all logistics processes.
- Assist in the procurement process by evaluating supplier quotes and maintaining supplier performance trackers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or relevant ERP/Supply Chain software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and external vendors.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Ability to reside in or commute to Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
