Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily inventory control processes to ensure stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Assist in demand planning activities to forecast operational needs and optimize resource allocation.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to monitor incoming shipments and outgoing distribution.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement efficient solutions.
- Maintain precise documentation for logistics operations and vendor communication.
- Support the PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) department in meeting production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards across all logistics functions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in PPIC, warehouse operations, logistics, or general supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of inventory control systems and supply chain software (ERP/WMS familiarity is a plus).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and other data-tracking tools.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian; English proficiency is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
