Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily stock keeping activities and monitor inventory levels to prevent discrepancies.
- Execute periodic and routine stock opname procedures to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Conduct comprehensive inventory reconciliation and investigate variances to maintain system integrity.
- Prepare, verify, and process Delivery Orders (DO) to facilitate smooth customer shipments.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to prioritize outgoing orders based on customer requirements.
- Update and maintain accurate documentation in the internal ERP or warehouse management system.
- Prepare periodic reports on inventory status and shipping performance for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in inventory management, warehousing, or supply chain administration.
- Strong understanding of stock opname procedures and inventory control systems.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data reporting).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight delivery deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
