Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from Purchase Order (PO) issuance to final goods receipt.
- Accurately process Delivery Orders (DO) and maintain rigorous monitoring of shipment status to ensure timely arrival.
- Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between the Sales, Service, Logistics, and Billing departments.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory and shipping records to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential logistical bottlenecks to maintain operational flow.
- Prepare periodic reports on supply chain performance and shipping updates for management review.
- Ensure all documentation related to imports, exports, and local distribution is handled in accordance with company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or administration roles.
- Strong understanding of supply chain workflows, order management, and shipping procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential for reporting).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Resilient, organized, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
