Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Conduct regular negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and high-quality standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and optimize storage costs.
- Analyze supply chain performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier documentation.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless inbound and outbound movement of goods.
- Perform regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
- Prepare periodic reports on procurement activities, budget utilization, and vendor performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics roles.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor relationship management, and inventory control.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and experience with ERP/Inventory management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian (and English is a plus).
- Willingness to be based in Banyuwangi.
