Berill is currently seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Staff to join our dynamic team in Semarang. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that our supply chain processes are seamless, accurate, and responsive to market demands.
As our Supply Chain Staff, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between demand forecasting and operational delivery. You will work in close coordination with our Sales, PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control), Expedition, and Operational teams to ensure that our inventory levels are perfectly aligned with client needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate effectively with Sales, PPIC, and Operational departments to ensure inventory availability.
- Monitor stock levels and manage replenishment cycles to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Collaborate with expedition partners to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution of goods.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and propose actionable process improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on supply chain performance, including lead times and fulfillment accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company logistical policies and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments within the ERP system.
- Resolve logistical discrepancies promptly to maintain a high level of operational service.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse management, or logistics.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of PPIC processes and demand planning principles.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Willingness to be based in Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
