Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain complex supply chain models to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain health and operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular strategic reports and dashboards for leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and production units to ensure seamless flow of operations.
- Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks through proactive scenario planning.
- Drive cost-reduction initiatives without compromising service levels or quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in supply chain planning, strategy, or operations analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling) and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian, capable of presenting data insights to stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
