MAX CORP GLOBAL is looking for a proactive and experienced Supply Chain Supervisor to lead our logistics and distribution operations in North Jakarta. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily supply chain activities, including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize delivery timelines and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely procurement.
- Supervise a team of logistics staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards across all warehouse operations.
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain KPIs, stock levels, and budget adherence for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within supply chain or logistics.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Odoo) and advanced MS Excel.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of inventory control and warehouse management best practices.
