- Analyze demand patterns and develop accurate supply forecasts to optimize inventory levels
- Collaborate with production, sales, and procurement teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory
- Prepare and maintain supply plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer demand
- Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, supply performance, and key metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supply chain planning or inventory management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in supply chain planning software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of FMCG industry is highly preferred
