Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply planning and replenishment strategies to ensure optimal inventory availability.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the replenishment team to meet and exceed operational KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, implementing corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Production, and Logistics departments to align supply plans with market demand.
- Manage stock replenishment processes to minimize out-of-stock situations while controlling carrying costs.
- Oversee demand forecasting accuracy and adjust supply plans based on real-time market trends and seasonality.
- Prepare regular reports for management regarding supply chain health, inventory turns, and fulfillment efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or logistics within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate high-performing teams.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian, capable of collaborating across all organizational levels.
- Deep understanding of demand planning, safety stock calculations, and lead-time optimization.
