Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food is seeking a high-caliber Supply Planning Section Head to lead our end-to-end supply planning operations. In this role, you will be the driving force behind ensuring seamless product availability, optimizing inventory efficiency, and aligning our supply chain capabilities with broader business objectives.
As our Supply Planning Section Head, you will oversee the balance between demand forecasts and production capacity, implementing data-driven strategies to mitigate supply risks and enhance service levels. You will lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee end-to-end supply planning activities to ensure optimal inventory levels across the network.
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply plans that align production capacity with market demand forecasts.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecast accuracy, reduce waste, and optimize logistics costs.
- Monitor and manage key supply chain KPIs, identifying bottlenecks and implementing proactive corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, and Procurement departments to ensure seamless alignment of supply and distribution.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply planning professionals to achieve departmental goals.
- Report on supply chain performance to senior management, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain planning within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes and inventory optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced data analytics/supply planning software.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is essential for effective cross-departmental coordination.
