Tanggung Jawab
- Participate actively in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to develop accurate demand forecasts and supply plans.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing carrying costs and stockouts.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely raw material availability for production schedules.
- Coordinate with the logistics and distribution teams to ensure finished goods are delivered to customers as planned.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on supply metrics, including fill rates, forecast accuracy, and inventory turnover.
- Identify potential supply chain bottlenecks and propose corrective actions to maintain smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or inventory management within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a significant advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid Indonesian driving license is preferred for site mobility.
