Formosa Bag Indonesia is a leading manufacturer committed to operational excellence and high-quality production standards. We are currently seeking an experienced and data-driven Supply Planning Supervisor to join our team in Jawa Tengah. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations, ensuring that our production capabilities align perfectly with market demand.
As the Supply Planning Supervisor, you will lead the bridge between sales forecasting, material procurement, and manufacturing floor execution. You will play a critical role in minimizing inventory overhead while maximizing service levels and on-time delivery metrics. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles and advanced planning systems.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate demand planning models based on historical data, sales trends, and market insights.
- Lead production scheduling processes to ensure optimal utilization of factory resources and labor.
- Coordinate closely with procurement and logistics teams to manage raw material inventory levels effectively.
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, stock-out rates, and production throughput.
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve bottlenecks and optimize manufacturing workflows.
- Maintain high standards of supply chain data integrity within the ERP system.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply planning, production control, or manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable operational plans.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing small to medium-sized teams.
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English.
