- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of AI governance and data risk programmes, ensuring alignment with HSBC's strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate data security threats and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, technology, and operations, to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and external regulators.
- Oversee the governance framework for AI technologies, ensuring responsible and ethical deployment.
- Drive the adoption of best-in-class data quality and security standards across the business units.
- Provide expert guidance on complex regulatory issues related to data privacy and AI ethics.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record as a Senior Vice President or Programme Manager within a major financial institution or large-scale organization.
- Extensive experience in AI governance, data risk management, and regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, PDPA).
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable programme plans.
- Deep understanding of banking technologies, digital platforms, and enterprise architecture.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to influence senior stakeholders.
- Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CISA, or similar are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
