Join Pilmico Foods Corporation as a Swine Farm Manager and lead the operational excellence of our breeder and nursery farms. This critical role requires strategic oversight of daily farm operations, ensuring optimal productivity, animal welfare, and biosecurity compliance. You will develop and implement comprehensive farm management plans, coordinate breeding programs, and maintain high standards of swine health management. The position demands hands-on leadership in managing farm resources, including labor, feed, and equipment, while driving continuous improvement initiatives. With a focus on sustainability and efficiency, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and uphold Pilmico's reputation as a leader in Philippine agribusiness. - Supervise daily operations of breeder and nursery farms
- Develop and implement farm management strategies and operational plans
- Ensure strict adherence to biosecurity protocols and animal welfare standards
- Manage breeding programs and monitor swine health metrics
- Coordinate farm resources including labor, feed inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Train and lead farm staff to maintain operational excellence
- Monitor production data and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in swine farm management
- Strong knowledge of swine production cycles and breeding practices
- Expertise in animal health management and disease prevention
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Familiarity with biosecurity protocols and regulatory standards
- Willingness to reside on-site (STAY IN SET-UP requirement)
- Proficiency in English and Filipino
