We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented System and Part Development Executive to join our manufacturing team in Bekasi Barat. In this role, you will play a critical part in the lifecycle of product development, ensuring that all design toolingâincluding molds, jigs, and fixturesâmeets our rigorous quality and performance standards.
You will act as a bridge between internal departments, translating complex design requirements into actionable technical plans. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, inspect, and validate all design tooling including molds, jigs, and fixtures to ensure operational excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality assurance, and design teams to interpret and fulfill technical requirements.
- Oversee the development lifecycle of system parts, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
- Conduct regular audits of manufacturing tools to identify maintenance needs or opportunities for process optimization.
- Provide technical support during the trial and mass production phases of part development.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of tooling designs, modifications, and testing results.
- Analyze design discrepancies and implement effective corrective actions to minimize downtime and scrap rates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, specifically in tooling, mold design, or parts development.
- Strong proficiency in technical drawing software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Solid understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various internal departments.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and design specifications.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
