Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain robust IT system solutions tailored to manufacturing operational needs.
- Analyze large datasets from production lines to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new software solutions into existing manufacturing workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Generate regular performance reports and dashboards for management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain system documentation, including user manuals and technical specifications.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all internal manufacturing systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in system development or data analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages relevant to system development (e.g., Python, SQL, C#).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Excel advanced functions).
- Solid understanding of database management and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
