Are you a master of craft with an eye for precision? We are a fast-growing fashion and garment production house based in the vibrant heart of Kuta, Bali. We collaborate with international fashion brands and designers to bring high-quality garments to life. We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Pattern Maker and Seamstress to join our creative production team.
In this role, you will be responsible for transforming creative concepts into wearable masterpieces. You will work closely with our design team to develop accurate patterns, oversee garment assembly, and ensure the highest standards of production quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and digitize accurate clothing patterns based on designer sketches or technical specifications.
- Perform precise fabric cutting and garment assembly with high attention to detail.
- Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to patterns to ensure perfect sizing and silhouette.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize fabric usage and minimize waste.
- Execute high-quality sewing techniques for various fabric types and garment styles.
- Perform quality control checks on finished garments to meet international export standards.
- Maintain equipment and keep the production workspace organized and efficient.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Pattern Maker and Seamstress in a professional fashion or garment production setting.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, grading, and pattern adjustment techniques.
- Proficiency in both manual pattern making and ability to work with design software is a plus.
- Ability to interpret complex technical sheets and translate them into physical garments.
- Strong manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to quality control and deadline management.
