You will be responsible for end-to-end talent management, from scouting fresh faces and coordinating auditions to managing schedules, negotiating contracts, and facilitating professional development. As a Talent Associate, you will collaborate with internal teams including marketing, public relations, and event management to create comprehensive growth strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Scout, screen, and present prospective talents and influencers to align with brand and project requirements.
- Maintain and update an organized database of talent profiles, portfolios, and contracts.
- Coordinate calendars, bookings, and schedules for active talents across multiple projects.
- Assist in the negotiation of contracts, rates, and terms of engagement with clients and partners.
- Organize casting calls, auditions, and talent search events.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new talents to ensure they integrate smoothly into the agency.
- Support the public relations and marketing team in media appearances and promotional activities.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to talents, acting as their primary point of contact within the agency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in talent management, recruitment, agency work, or a similar capacity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse personalities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and talent management software or databases.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical judgment.
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays when required by talent events.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.
