Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately count, record, and reconcile inventory items in real-time
- Verify stock discrepancies and investigate root causes of variances
- Prepare and maintain detailed tally sheets and inventory reports
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure stock accuracy
- Conduct periodic physical counts and cycle counts as per schedule
- Operate inventory management systems and data entry tools
- Adhere to company safety protocols and inventory control standards
- Support year-end audits and inventory optimization initiatives
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certification in logistics/warehouse management
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in inventory control or tallying roles
- Proficiency in basic arithmetic and data recording methods
- Familiarity with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings
- Physical stamina for warehouse environment and frequent movement
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
