Tanggung Jawab
- Manage tax compliance and reporting for all business units
- Prepare and submit accurate monthly/quarterly tax returns
- Conduct tax audits and ensure regulatory adherence
- Develop tax-efficient strategies aligned with business goals
- Maintain organized tax documentation and digital records
- Liaise with tax authorities and respond to inquiries
- Monitor legislative changes and update internal procedures
- Train staff on tax compliance requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of tax compliance experience
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Certified Tax Professional (Brevet A/B) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and under deadlines
