We are now looking for an exceptional leader to join our Private Banking team in Singapore as Team Lead, Private Banking.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our High Net Worth (HNW) client segment. You will lead a team of Relationship Managers, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and oversight to ensure the delivery of tailored wealth management solutions. Your deep understanding of the Asian markets, coupled with your expertise in investment advisory, credit structuring, and trust services, will be instrumental in strengthening UOB's position as the preferred private bank for entrepreneurs and affluent families.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Private Banking Relationship Managers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on client advocacy and revenue generation.
  • Formulate and execute business strategies to achieve aggressive AUM (Assets Under Management), revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Oversee the structuring and delivery of complex lending, investment, and wealth planning solutions for ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal risk policies, AML/KYC procedures, and MAS regulatory requirements.
  • Champion cross-departmental collaboration with Product, Advisory, and Risk teams to provide seamless client servicing.
  • Monitor team performance, conduct deal reviews, and provide regular coaching to enhance financial advisory standards and productivity.
  • Drive the adoption of digital tools and wealth management platforms to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a significant portfolio of HNW/UHNW client relationships.
  • Strong product knowledge across Equities, Fixed Income, Structured Products, FX, Insurance, and Lending.
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA, CAIA, CACS, or CPB are highly advantageous.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with fluency in English and an Asian language (Mandarin preferred) to serve our diverse client base.
  • Deep understanding of the Singapore regulatory environment and global economic trends.
  • Strong network within the regional HNW community and a reputation for integrity and client-centricity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
