Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of US Registered Nurses in peer-to-peer (PTP) review processes.
- Ensure all clinical documentation meets regulatory standards and company compliance policies.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture through effective communication and coaching.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the clinical knowledge and documentation skills of team members.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance department to resolve complex cases and documentation discrepancies.
- Drive accuracy and decision quality in peer reviews to support optimal revenue cycle outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Philippines.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical nursing or medical coding/review.
- Proven experience in a leadership or team lead capacity within a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and healthcare documentation standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and precision.
- Proficiency in using EMR systems (Epic, Cerner) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
