Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the daily activities of the operational team to ensure production and logistical targets are met.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, implementing corrective actions to improve productivity and quality standards.
- Maintain a safe and compliant working environment by enforcing company health, safety, and security policies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless workflow integration and resource availability.
- Prepare regular reports on team performance, inventory status, and operational bottlenecks for management review.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce operational waste.
- Handle scheduling, staff training, and conflict resolution to maintain high morale and high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably within the Manufacturing, Logistics, or FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, 5S, or Lean Manufacturing methodologies is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to be based in Jakarta Barat and work flexible hours as required by operational demands.
