Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor a team of operational staff to ensure daily targets are met.
- Monitor workflow progress and resolve operational bottlenecks in real-time.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are strictly followed by the team.
- Conduct daily briefings to align the team on performance goals and tasks.
- Prepare accurate shift reports and performance summaries for management.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational background preferred.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in logistics or manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational improvement.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced part-time environment.
- Proven ability to motivate team members and resolve interpersonal conflicts.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or digital reporting tools.
