Are you an experienced warehouse professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader for our Packing Department in Sidoarjo. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the efficiency, accuracy, and safety of our packing operations.
As a Team Leader, you will not just manage processes; you will lead a team to ensure that our high-quality standards are met consistently. We are looking for a hands-on professional with a deep understanding of logistics, supply chain workflows, and team management. If you have a proven track record in manufacturing or logistics and are ready to optimize packing throughput, we want to hear from you.
Note: This position is reserved for experienced professionals. Candidates must demonstrate prior supervisory experience in a similar industrial or distribution environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the packing department to ensure production targets are met.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of packers to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Implement and enforce strict quality control protocols to minimize packaging errors and product damage.
- Monitor inventory levels of packing materials and coordinate reordering to prevent operational downtime.
- Analyze workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with workplace health and safety (K3) regulations at all times.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in packing, warehouse, or logistics operations.
- Proven track record in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of packaging machinery, inventory management software, and warehouse safety standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve operational problems under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing diverse teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting production schedules.
