We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader for Quality Assurance to oversee our coil winding operations in Bekasi. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our quality management system, ensuring that every coil meets rigorous technical specifications and quality standards before reaching our customers.
As a Team Leader, you will not only manage daily quality inspection functions but also act as a mentor to your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational precision. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns, audit preparation, and procedural enhancement. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily Quality Assurance team, covering IQC, IPQC, and OQC processes.
- Manage end-to-end coil winding quality inspections to ensure zero-defect production.
- Handle customer quality complaints, performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct regular internal audits and prepare necessary documentation to ensure 100% compliance with ISO standards.
- Monitor production line performance and provide technical feedback to the manufacturing team to minimize waste.
- Generate comprehensive quality reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Train and develop QA staff on inspection techniques, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment, specifically involving coil winding or electrical components.
- Deep understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001/IATF 16949).
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and quality control tools (e.g., Caliper, Micrometer, SPC, 7 QC Tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage small to medium-sized teams.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and intermediate English for documentation and reporting.
