In this role, you will be the driving force behind our field marketing initiatives, ensuring that our sponsorship programs and community activations achieve maximum impact.
You will lead a team of field associates to execute complex projects, ranging from Horeka branding and sponsorship events to community outreach programs. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire team members to hit performance targets while maintaining brand excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field representatives to ensure operational excellence across all assigned territories.
- Direct the execution of Event Sponsorship programs, ensuring brand alignment and visibility.
- Oversee Horeka (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) branding initiatives and sponsorship placements to drive market presence.
- Execute community-based programs and CA (Consumer Activation) trials to build brand loyalty and collect actionable consumer insights.
- Develop detailed activity reports, monitoring team KPIs and project performance against set objectives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure logistical support and resource availability for field activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within field operations to increase efficiency and reach.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience, ideally in field marketing, events, or FMCG retail environments.
- Strong understanding of sponsorship activation and consumer engagement strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and generate actionable reports.
- Capable of working in a mobile, high-activity field environment across the Cirebon region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and planning.
