Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, coach, and supervise a team of field officers to achieve performance targets and operational KPIs.
- Monitor daily operational activities to ensure compliance with company policies and ethical lending standards.
- Develop and implement local strategies to increase partner acquisition and portfolio quality in the Sumbawa region.
- Conduct regular field visits to maintain strong relationships with community members and partners.
- Analyze team performance data and provide actionable feedback to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Manage risk effectively by overseeing the disbursement and collection processes within your assigned area.
- Prepare regular reports for management regarding field operations, team progress, and market insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Finance, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in team management, sales, or field operations (experience in microfinance or logistics is a plus).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse groups of people.
- Deep understanding of the local area (Sumbawa) and its cultural landscape.
- Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and local dialects.
- Proficient in using mobile technology and reporting applications.
