Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Alam Sutera market.
- Monitor team performance through regular KPI analysis and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate closely with the transport and logistics department to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage daily sales operations, inventory allocation, and resource planning.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and performance forecasts to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the transport or logistics sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid driver's license (preferred for on-site coordination).
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
