Are you a seasoned debt collection professional with a passion for leadership? Our team is looking for a results-driven Team Leader Telecollection to oversee our collection operations in Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will lead, mentor, and motivate a team of collectors to achieve daily and monthly recovery targets while maintaining high standards of professional communication.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, supervise, and mentor a team of Telecollection agents to ensure daily targets are met.
- Monitor call quality and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to maximize debt recovery rates.
- Analyze team performance data and prepare daily or weekly reports for management.
- Handle escalated customer queries or complex debt disputes with professionalism and assertiveness.
- Ensure the team adheres to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and legal collection regulations.
- Conduct regular team briefings to communicate targets, incentives, and operational updates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a Telecollection or Debt Recovery environment.
- Strong understanding of debt collection processes, negotiation techniques, and credit risk management.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to lead teams to success.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- High level of assertiveness and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel) and CRM/collection management software.
- Willingness to be based in Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Raya.
