Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse floor operations to ensure seamless workflow and target achievement.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to maintain high productivity levels.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement efficient stock management procedures.
- Enforce strict health and safety (K3) protocols across the facility.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare regular performance reports and operational logs for management review.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the picking, packing, and sorting processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Proven experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role in a warehouse/logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for data tracking.
- Willing to work in shifting schedules as required by operational needs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on continuous improvement.
