Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff daily activities
- Ensure all operational activities run smoothly and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock movements
- Implement and maintain safety protocols in the warehouse
- Train and develop team members to improve performance
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare and submit performance reports to management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory management principles
