Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise warehouse floor staff to ensure daily targets are met.
- Monitor the end-to-end inbound and outbound flow of fresh inventory to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
- Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding handling, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Analyze daily operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics departments to manage stock levels and replenishment schedules.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment in compliance with company health and safety regulations.
- Prepare performance reports and provide constructive feedback to team members to drive productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in the fresh food or FMCG industry.
- Proven leadership experience managing a team of at least 10+ staff members.
- Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Ability to work in a shift-based system, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Resilient, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Domiciled in or willing to be placed in Kabupaten Bogor.
