Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including inbound receiving, inventory management, and outbound order fulfillment.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of warehouse staff to achieve daily KPIs and operational targets.
- Monitor stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and operational protocols within the facility to ensure a safe working environment.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow processes to maximize speed and efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive shift reports and performance analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve delivery issues and logistics bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role in an e-commerce or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage conflict and foster a positive team culture.
- High proficiency in time management, organization, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment in Srengseng, Jakarta Barat.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
