Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to enhance sales processes
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team capabilities
- Manage client relationships and resolve escalated issues
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience in team management and performance coaching
