One Stop Management Services Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Chemist to join our Technical Center. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a robust background in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Manufacturing to drive process optimization and ensure stringent quality standards. This contract position offers a competitive compensation package of $7,500 – $8,000 per month and provides the opportunity to work on cutting-edge pharmaceutical projects in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development, optimization, and scale-up of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing processes from lab to pilot scale.
- Conduct detailed process chemistry investigations, including reaction monitoring, isolation, purification, and characterization.
- Ensure all manufacturing activities strictly adhere to GMP regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
- Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and final products using advanced analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, and NMR.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to transfer technologies and resolve scale-up issues.
- Write, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch records, and technical reports.
- Identify process improvements to increase yield, reduce costs, and enhance overall product quality and consistency.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in API manufacturing within a technical center or pharmaceutical R&D setting.
- Strong theoretical knowledge of organic synthesis, reaction mechanisms, and process engineering principles.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting complex chemical processes and managing scale-up challenges.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including ICH guidelines and cGMP compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in laboratory instrumentation and data analysis software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, high-performance team.
