Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 10+ years experience in technical leadership roles
- 5+ years in advertising, media or creative tech industry
- Expertise in digital platforms (web, mobile, AR/VR)
- Strong project management with PMP certification preferred
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
