Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the design, configuration, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate with the engineering team on software deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and sprint planning meetings.
- Conduct research on emerging cloud technologies and best practices.
- Support the installation and configuration of software and hardware components.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of cloud concepts (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows server environments and command-line interfaces.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English (Indonesian is a strong advantage).
- Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly to new technologies, and work in a fast-paced environment.
