- Lead processing-led product development initiatives for foodservice applications
- Support and conduct product trials to optimize processing parameters
- Ensure smooth scale-up of products from pilot to commercial production

- Monitor and optimize processing technologies to enhance product quality and efficiency
- Provide technical expertise to foodservice partners across Southeast Asia
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in food processing
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food processing, product development, or technical management
- Strong knowledge of dairy processing technologies and foodservice applications
- Experience in product scale-up from pilot to commercial production
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to optimize processing parameters
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements in Southeast Asia
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
