  • Strong knowledge of dairy processing technologies and foodservice applications
  • Experience in product scale-up from pilot to commercial production
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to optimize processing parameters
  • Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements in Southeast Asia
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
