Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough on-site inspections and testing for construction projects in accordance with established standards and specifications.
- Prepare and submit detailed technical reports, including observations, recommendations, and photographic evidence.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project requirements during all inspection phases.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal engineering teams to address non-conformities.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and calibration of testing equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and technical proposals when required.
- Monitor project progress and report any technical discrepancies immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Valid PCTD (Professional Constructor Training Diploma) certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry.
- Strong knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations in Singapore.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical data clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant inspection software.
