As part of our Research and Development department, you will be responsible for exploring new materials, optimizing production workflows, and ensuring that every product meets international standards of durability and aesthetics. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive research and testing on raw materials to improve product durability and cost-efficiency.
- Develop and refine technical specifications for new products, ensuring alignment with production capabilities.
- Oversee the prototyping phase, conducting rigorous stress and quality tests to meet SNI and international standards.
- Collaborate with the production department to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and optimize assembly line workflows.
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to provide technical recommendations for future product iterations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of R&D processes, material certificates, and design modifications.
- Implement Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) methodologies within the R&D cycle to reduce waste and enhance product performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in R&D or technical production within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and technical drafting.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of ceramic manufacturing or sanitary ware production processes is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to be based at our manufacturing facility in Tangerang, Banten.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality management systems.
