Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the manufacturing, oil and gas, and process industries.
  • Conduct on-site technical surveys and steam trap management audits to evaluate client system efficiency.
  • Prepare and deliver professional technical presentations and product demonstrations to engineering teams.
  • Develop comprehensive technical proposals and commercial quotations tailored to specific client requirements.
  • Provide high-level after-sales technical support and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with regional technical specialists to design energy-saving solutions and thermal system upgrades.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth areas within the Selangor industrial hub.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the industrial, HVAC, or valve sector.
  • Strong fundamental knowledge of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, or steam engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence technical and procurement decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales objectives.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and own transportation for frequent client site visits.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; the ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage for client communication.
